All made from safe basic ingredients that you more than likely already keep in your home. These are not only green friendly but are safe for your children if they accidentally stumble upon them.
Furniture Polish
1/4 cup Vinegar or Lemon Juice (I like to split for the lemon scent)
3/4 cup Olive Oil
Oven Cleaner
3/4 cup Baking Soda
1/4 cup Salt
1/4 cup Water
*Makes a paste that you can let sit for about 10 minutes and then wipe clean.
Drain Cleaner
1 cup White Vinegar
1 cup Baking Soda
Febreeze
Equal parts water and liquid fabric softener. (adding a tbs baking soda helps as well)
Disenfectant
2 cups Water
30 drops Essential Oil
A few drops natural soap
Brass Cleaner
1 tsp Salt
1 cup Vinegar
*Add flour as needed to make into a paste. Cover, let sit for approximately 10 minutes and wipe clean.
Stains
Cover with cornstarch and let sit for 20 minutes. Then pour mixture of
1 cup Vinegar
3 cups Water
*Should come clean when washed
Dishwashing Soap
2 cups Baking Soda
2 cups Borax (found in a box usually in the laundry isle)
1/2 cup Sea Salt
5-10 drops Essential Oil (orange has a clean scent)
*Use 2-3 tablespoons per load
Jet Dry
Use Vinegar as you notice the dishes with water spots
