Flo by Boon Inc. Review & Giveaway *CLOSED*

      So to be honest, I psyched my son up as much as possible for the Flo to come to "play with".  I did this because he is absolutely terrible about getting his hair or face wet let alone washing either!  He takes showers and baths daily but washing his hair only happens once a week because you would think we were cutting a limb off in the process.  It usually takes two of us to just add soap to his hair and rinse it off and we pay for it for the next several hours.  So when it came in the mail he was all pumped up to take a bath right away!

     Not only does the Flo protect your bath tub spout but it has several other neat features.  There is small reservoir tank for bubble bath and a button to dispense as little or as much as you'd like while filling the tub.  The Flo also cups underneath the flow of water making it like a waterfall or little spring thus, making it very gentle on the little heads and fun to play in.

     Not only did Dane and Declan enjoy playing in the fountain while the tub filled but Dane was "ready" to wash his hair.  He was able to back up to the Flo without having to bend down too far to get the water on his head but not his face (which is another scary part of washing his hair).  We were able to get through and entire bath and hair wash without a single tear or complaint.  Dane even asked to wash his hair two more times!!  This is an accomplishment no one has been able to conquer yet with him and I owe it all to the Flo by Boon!!

Although my experience was an over all positive one, I do have 1 complaint.  The Flo did not fit properly on the spout in our garden tub.  It was not tight or latched on at all and was very wobbly when water flows through so I had to hold it in place part of the time.  Now I did try it however in my daughters bathroom and it seemed to fit much better and held in place.  I guess because the spout is a little wider in our tub, it couldn't rest properly in place.  Just something to consider when making the purchase.  Boon's Flo retail price is $17.99 and can be found at most baby supply stores such as Babies 'R' Us.  You can also go straight to their website to order and check out all the other awesome products they have at http://www.booninc.com/ or you can follow Boon on twitter and their facebook page.  For news, events and new products I encourage you to check out Boon's news blog as well!  I would definitely recommend the Flo to anyone with small children.  We have used this every bath since and will continue using the Flo here on out!
