There are a ton of reviews I have done that I have been extremely excited about but none as fun as this next one. Have you ever read the "You know you were born in the 80s if..." emails, posts, etc.? One of the things that is almost always guaranteed to be on there is, "You know you were born in the 80s if you know what a fanny pack is and have owned at least one." This next company took something that was once to popular and updated it with the times. Instead of carrying around a
boom box wherever you wanted to hear some music, kids now have their iPods (there's not even CD players used anymore). If you haven't heard of it before you will want to check out JammyPack's!
"JammyPack embodies FREEDOM. A social tool designed for the perfection of the party, recreation, and frothy lounging. JammyPack is a fist-pumping, high-kicking, retro, throwback speaker bag that easily connects to any iPod, mobile phone, mp3/CD player, hand held game or multi-media device." When they say embodies freedom, boy do they mean that! This little speaker sure packs a punch and the quality is clear as anything. Best part is you can take your music anywhere without
restrictions. You will be the life of the party because no matter how many people or how loud the crowd is you will still be able to hear your jams!
We decided to test our JammyPack the first nice day of spring this year. We took the kids into the court in front of my house and walked up and down the sidewalk attracting several neighbors who could hear our music from inside their homes. All were curious as to what it was and the kids were loving the fact that they could dance up and down the sidewalk. The batteries last the whole day and then some. We've been using it for a couple weeks now and quite often and haven't had to change the batteries once. As you can see though (from my pictures), the person most excited about our new toy was my younger sister. She has officially taken over my JammyPack taking it to her parties and trips to the beach or wherever she so chooses. So you see these are even great for those of all ages.
Cost: $79.95 Nirvanii Pink
$49.95 Rechargeable Battery Pack
Available to purchase: JammyPack
Recommendation: Um, yea I think everyone should have one (haha)! They are a bit expensive for my taste but the quality I've seen come out of these lil gadgets is well worth it. They are definitely worth it if you are a free-flowing go with the flow person since you can take them anywhere and be the life of the party (and in my opinion the coolest kid on the block)!
