I have always been very naturally big busted and when I say always I mean I started out with "D" size tatas in the 6th grade. I have only increased from there. I prayed and prayed that with both my (breastfed) children they would shrink but never got my wish. In fact they have only continued to increase even more than I thought possible. I am now a size "H" which I honestly didn't even know existed! I am always trying to find comfortable tops which hide this area without mashing me down causing me to have a uniboob and obviously turtle necks are out of the question.
The problem I have with layering my clothes though is I feel really self conscious about my size. I am not a tiny girl by all means and when I add even 2 shirts together I feel like it makes me look a little bigger than I would like to look. This happens throughout the summer when I try to wear two tanks. Besides looking a little "thicker" I have now made myself warmer by trying to cover up to look more age appropriate. So when I discovered Cleavitz needless to say I was pretty psyched to give it a try.
These are very much similar to an extended sports bra. They cover about the same area but are not meant to be supportive. They are meant to cover your straps and cleavage stylishly and appropriately. Cleavitz comes in three styles - cotton, shimmer, and lace. I chose the Black Lace Cleavitz and Alana was able to choose one as well which she picked the Charcoal Shimmer Cleavitz style. These give you extra coverage while in my opinion helping making you look thinner. I felt so much more comfortable wearing my Cleavitz and oh so cute!
Cost: $39.95 Black Lace
$34.95 Charcoal Shimmer
Recommendation: I love mine, so does Alana and I'm sure you will love yours too if you got one. Although I do think these are a little pricey I think I would purchase more if they were slightly cheaper. I'd love to see even more style/color options in the future!
