WaterBlocks by Just Think Toys Review and Giveaway

     We have such an interesting set of personalities in my household especially between the kids.  Both boys are identical in almost every way, you would think they were twins (if there wasn't a two year difference between them).  They are two peas in a pod when it comes to getting into things around the house and any activity they can do together.  That includes everything EXCEPT taking baths.  Declan absolutley loves to be in the bath or shower.  Its even to a point where we must lock the door when we take showers or he will jump in fully dressed just to get in.  Dane on the other hand has to be bribed each time to get him in the bath especially if it means washing his hair.

     In saying that, one area we never hesitate to splurge on the kids in is bath time.  It is so important to me to set good hygeine standards for the boys very young.  We frequently tease Dane about not wanting to be "that smelly kids" in class or wherever.  If there is a toy that they want, we will try our best to grab it for them.  One of the cool toys I recently discovered are WaterBlocks by Just Think Toys which I just had to try. 

     WaterBlocks combine a love for blocks and building things with bathtime which my boys love.  They bring playing with blocks into a fun and new watery environment.  The “sticky” feel of water creates a helpful cling between blocks and dipping WaterBlocks in soap or shampoo suds can increase their stick to tub walls and other blocks.  The boys can build whatever they can imagine and as big as they want!  The movement and buoyancy of water add an exciting twist to classic block play.

     Once we finally get them (ie. Dane) in the bath, they did NOT want to get out.  Both had so much fun creating new buildings and exploring new games to play with eachother.  At a certain point, for fear of my children turning into actual fish, the BathBlocks were actually taken from the bath to continue play in the living room.

Recommendation:  These are awesome, very non-expensive toys which can be used in or out of the water!  Also they don't build up with all that nasty bacteria and mildew that a lot of toys the kids love do!  The other sets are all reasonably priced and very cute!
