Creative Bioscience HCG 1234 Diet 90 Day Challenge - 30 Day Update

        Never in my life could I have imagined myself as a dieter.  I was always that girl that made fun of portioning and calorie counting.  I could eat and drink more than most guys in college.  Still at that age I was athletically fit and a healthy skinny.  I'd stay up half the night drinking and finish my evening off with a burger made in the Frat house kitchen or a chicken quesadilla from Taco Bell.  Then, mother nature met up with me and decided to dump as much weight on me as possible.  Kind of like a big "F" you for getting away with it for too long.

        I know originally all hCG diets had bad reputations for starving yourself.  If I even remember correctly, I think you were only allowed 500 calories max per day with limited food choices even so - NOT HEALTHY.  Creative Bioscience is the first company to introduce a 1200 dietary calorie blend!  "Trained weight loss experts stand ready 24/7 to help hCG 1234® dieters set reasonable goals, get past diet plateaus, and answer questions."

        I have now been taking the HCG 1234 for exactly one month.  At the same time I chose to begin using my Flex Belt as well to help with minimal effort exercise.  I have noticed quite a bit of change in my body and especially around my mid section.  So far though I will say there are a few things I am not a huge fan of.  First you are supposed to keep the drops under your tongue for 1-2 minutes which is extremely difficult to do for those of us with gag reflexes.  Your also not supposed to eat or drink anything for ten minutes prior/after.  I HAVE to drink water afterwards or I start to feel nauseous.

Recommendation:  As much as I think this price is kind of outrageous, I actually liked this product for once and it worked for me.  This says a lot since I have tried several non-exercising options to lose weight.  I am down from 187 to 180 which I feel good about even though I expected  more weight-loss   (This past month there has been a lot of added stress in my life making it difficult to diet properly).
