Glass Peace Flower Pendant Review

     You now I'm not usually a big jewelry person but that doesn't mean I don't like to shop for it.  I mean, really how many girls do you know that don't like jewelry.  I just consider myself to be a little bit more on the low maintenance side.  Since I very rarely dress up, there is no need to change my jewelry all the time.  Every once in awhile though, I come across a piece of jewelry or designer that catches my eye which is how I discovered Glass Peace.

        "Glass Peace is a collection of Art Glass Jewelry handmade by two lampworkers, Allison Hill and Amir Shawn."  All of the art work is created by using a torch to manipulate a very durable, shock resistant glass called borosilicate.  Glass Peace has a huge variety of jewelry that includes glass pendants, earrings, and beads.

        I decided to let Alana pick one out since she lost the last battle over the Teddy Tank.  She decided on one of the Flower Glass Pendants and it is just gorgeous.  Each piece is completely unique and like no other as they are hand blown each designed a little differently than the next.

     

        She has yet to take it off since it came through the door.  I love that the design is nice enough to wear for a night out all dressed up or just dressed in jeans and a t-shirt.  The best part is this is so sturdy even my un-attentive teenage daughter can't destroy it.
