Hit Entertainment Lionsgate Angelina Ballerina: Superstar Sisters DVD Review and Giveaway

        So when Hit Entertainment originally asked me to review their newest DVD release Angelina Ballerina: Superstar Sisters, Dane said yes absolutely!  I figure that was fine since like I've told you before my boys like watching most of the girlie movies and TV shows.  Then once it arrived Dane refused to watch it saying it was a girl movie and he wanted to gift it to one of his best girl friends from school Kayla.

        Apparently Angelina is a preschool favorite for girls!  This five-episode collection became available on DVD, Digital Download and On Demand on November 6 from Lionsgate and HIT Entertainment. "Angelina Ballerina is perfect for girls, embodying dance, music and performance while inspiring girls to achieve their dreams."

        The Synopsis says "Stay in step with Angelina and Polly! Will Princess Polly be able to forgive her sister when Angelina breaks her special music box? Angelina’s sisterly instincts kick in when Polly goes missing and Polly proves she can be a big inspiration to help Angelina finish Ms. Mimi’s important assignment. Come along as the sisters spin, twirl, sparkle and shine together in this heartwarming collection of sisterly stories!"

        So over Thanksgiving break Dane's friend Kayla was given the DVD to watch and give us her thoughts.  She not only says it gets a thumbs up but her mother agrees as well.  The story helped teach Kayla the importance of sisters (hers specifically) and helping each other out always as family is forever!  Kayla even watched the movie several times in a row she enjoyed it so much!

Recommendation:  Although Dane wasn't a fan of the program, his best friend sure was so I would recommend this if you have a little girl especially a little dancer in the works.  I would like to see the DVD for under $10 maybe in the future.
