Mail Order Lighting Review

        I hadn't really thought of shopping online for my outdoor lighting before.  I have always gone to places like Target or Home Depot for things for the home inside or out.  Kevin and I have been shopping around for a nice set of sidewalk/pathway lights.  I've also been interested in purchasing a really different candelabra/ chandelier.  At our last house we had a a beautiful chandelier and built in lighting around the outside of our home and I just feel like it is time to update this home with these items.  Thankfully while searching out ideas and designs, I came across Mail Order Lighting.

        Now of course they are not the first nor will they be the last site offering indoor/outdoor lighting supplies but I found them to be different than all the others I searched through lately.  I love the fact that there are several ways to search such as by room, finish, bulb type or style.

        Another search option that I am thrilled they offer is a section dedicated totally to low energy lighting.  I feel like everyone really just needs to take a step forward when it comes to not only saving energy in their homes but saving themselves money in the long run.  Energy efficient lighting is such an easy first step into being "green".  The lighting costs have even become much more affordable in the past few years that there really isn't an excuse to buy something without that label.

        I am absolutely in love with several of their pendants and most specifically their black chrome chandelier as I haven't seen a variety like this at any store around here like Homedepot.com.  Most of the prices seem pretty reasonable but of course you need to consider the shipping costs since it will be coming from overseas.  Definitely give them a looksy though!
