Genesis Today Pure Energy Organic Açaí Energy Shots Review and Giveaway

        Not only are there a thousand dieting products available for purchase these days, but there are a ton of energy drinks available.  They have become insanely popular and for all ages.  High School students drink them as performance boosters in sports, college students drink them during study all nighters, and adults drink them to keep going throughout long work days.  Regardless of the reason its become impossible to decide on one as they all promise you the world.

        I recently emailed Genesis to see if I could review one of their dieting products such as their Skinny Coffee or Skinny Shots.  They emailed me back and were glad to work together however they have been focusing quite a bit on their Organic Açaí Energy Shots.  Because I am pretty flexible and love helping out the companies I work with I of course said I'd love to give these a try!

        Pure energy™ organic açaí energy shots contain "açaí, natural caffeine derived from organic guarana and tea leaf extract, plus b-vitamins"  Each 2 oz. bottle contains 500% daily value of Vitamin B12, 150% daily value of Vitamin C, 100% daily value of B6!  All those vitamins as well as no gluten, wheat, dairy, corn or soy.

        Kevin was the first to try one of course since he's a little bigger into the energy shots than myself.  He said he felt almost refreshed but not necessarily energized and had no jitters whatsoever.  He did say he thought they tasted terrible and chalky.  I however felt very differently about them.  I thought I felt great after and had no jitters either.  I thought they had an ok flavor but I pre-chilled mine so they tasted much better!  I love that they only have 30 calories in each bottle so I don't have to worry about screwing up my dieting!

Recommendation:  I think this price is expensive when you can find most energy shots for around 2/$5 and this puts them close to $4 each.  However, they are organic, natural, packed with vitamins, low in calories, and have many more benefits than your normal energy drinks which are just crap that you are adding to your body.  I'd definitely like to see some sales or coupons available.
