My Re-Body Green Coffee Bean Extract Chews with Svetol Review and Giveaway

        Exercise can sometimes just be hard to fit into some of our daily schedules especially bloggers.  The worst part is that even if you are active, burning the belly fat is the most difficult of all for women in particular.  So what if you could target burning specifically just belly fat?  This concept has completely intrigued me as this has always been my area of frustration.

        When Re-Body asked me to review their SafSlim and Re-Body Meal Replacement Shakes last year, I was excited to give yet another product a try to see if it could possibly help me.  What made me even more excited to learn about these products is the fact that their body fat/weight chart actually shows me at high average NOT overweight or obese.  The categories include Lean, Ideal, Average, and Above Average - which in my opinion are much more positive terms to use to get me motivated.

        Last time I tried the SafSlim in a pina colada flavor (one of my favorite drinks) and this time they sent me a few packets of it in the berry cream fusion.  "SafSlim™’s expeller-pressed, high-linoleic (78 percent) emulsified safflower oil (SAF) is a very effective way to target and reduce belly fat. Studies have shown results with no modifications to their exercise or diet regimens. However, SafSlim is intended to be used in addition to any reduced-calorie diet and exercise program."

        I have to say the flavor wasn't so bad but the after taste of this was horrid (of course in my opinion).  After the first couple days I started taking this as a shot with a chaser to help it go down.  What I liked best about this product is that there was no time frame before meals that I HAD to take it for it to work.  I hate when they say 30 minutes prior only because I forget until I actually want to eat.

        This time around they sent me their newest product Green Coffee Bean Extract Chews with Svetol®.  These come in a tasty vanilla latte flavor and contain less caffeine than a cup of
decaffeinated coffee.  "Svetol® Green Coffee Bean Extract is  clinically shown to enhance weight loss when used as part of a reduced-calorie diet and exercise program."

        These delicious chews help burn fat, improve muscle-to-fat ratio, support a better metabolism and can help improve body composition.  "In one study, taking just 200mg of Svetol® twice daily with a reduced calorie diet, participants lost an average of 11 pounds in 60 days compared to less than half that in the
placebo group"

        I absolutely love these as it satisfies my daily craving for something sweet like candy and I actually feel satisfied after having one.  The only thing you need to make sure of is that if you are an impulse eater, you don't want to pop a ton of these just because since the directions clearly state you should only have one before your daily meals.

Recommendation:  Definitely a great company with some very good motivational tips and research on the effects of Linoleic Safflower oil on dieting.  Prices are a average for any dieting product although I think ALL companies are crazy charging this much.  I thought the products worked decent for the time I have been taking them and I plan on continuing.  I enjoyed the Berry Flavor SafSlim much better that the Pina Colada flavor!
