Now I consider myself to be pretty knowledgeable in the coffee and tea beverage area. I won't mention the name of the restaurant that I was a Training General Manager at but I had to be quite saavy in the beverage department. I prepared gourmet coffee beverages, italian sodas, and dessert beverages daily. After leaving this company I still have the taste for the same drinks (without of course the cost). I don't want to have to go to Starbucks or the Coffee Beanery everyday to get a yummy snack. So what do I do? I create them at home like everyone else is forced to do (especially to save money).
Though, I only just now heard about acid free coffee and its benefits. Tyler Coffees are an acid free coffee made through an innovative process called Z Roasting. This "does not over roast the coffee but instead roasts it to perfection. This way they are able to produce the most natural and highest quality coffee nature has to offer. Another added bonus is that, because of Tylers Coffees extremely pure form the coffee is more dense, giving you a more flavorful cup and more cups per ounces every time."
I have to say I find this to be totally false in my opinion! I guess I expected even a coffee with an extremely mild flavor being that it is acid free. Instead this coffee was strong but almost had a sour flavor. We just were not fans of this one and unfortunately we were looking forward to trying this one out since acid free coffee is a presumably better for you beverage.
*This was supposed to be as the coffee was brewing but the glass got foggy!
Cost: I honestly couldn't tell which pack I got to tell you how much it was specifically but the price ranges from $10-$90 starting with a 18 cup sampler pack all the way up to a years supply
Available to purchase: Tylers Coffee
Recommendation: Even though I couldn't tell a price I didn't think it was worth the money. The only reason I can see purchasing this is if you suffer frequently from dysuria or GERD and are a huge coffee freak. Then , Maybe the benefits out weigh the costs.
