UNIQSO Spider Man Contacts Review

        You all know of my families obsession with Halloween.  We just love absolutely every aspect of the holiday.  Whether its the decorations, getting dressed up to the max, the haunted attractions or the gory foods we prepare, we love paying attention to every detail.


        Out of all the crazy costume ideas we have come up with over the years, there has been one thing we have always missed.  The crazy, outrageous, strange, and creepy contacts you can get to add that final level of detail and complete your costume.  This is definitely something you don't want to forget when you are going for the ultimate costume.

        When I first learned about Uniqso.com I was pretty psyched to give these types of contacts a try!  UNIQSO carries a variety of beauty related items which includes circle lenses, false eyelashes, mascara, earrings and more.

        I let Kevin choose the pair he most wanted since these do not come in prescription strength and I would more than likely walk into a wall without my prescription glasses or contacts!  He picked out the Spider Man set since he thought they might be able to go with a few different costumes.

        Because Kevin is not a normal every day contact wearer, he really struggled to get them in and so much he finally gave up at a point.  Finally I made him let me give them a try since I've been doing this for almost 20 years!

        These were honestly very strange and uncomfortable to wear compared to other contacts.  I could easily see parts of the contact (obviously the solid colors) which made it very difficult to see without obstructions.  They even felt much thicker and less conforming than any other pair of contacts I have ever worn.  I too even struggled getting them in as if they were actually hard contacts.

Cost/Available to purchase: $11.90 each or $23.80 a pair - Spider Man 
Recommendation:  To be honest I thought there were tons of designs that I'd love to try some day to just change my everyday look.  I do think they are a little expensive for the quality of contact you are getting and of course without offering a prescription option.  I would say they are worth checking out if you are looking for something distinct and unique!
