         After being married for a short six years, Kevin and I still enjoy our date nights (or honestly even the few rare occasions we get to sleep in the bed alone).  We are fortunate to have close family to watch the kids BUT we do have a teenager in home who isn't exactly naive to the things that happen.  I have always loved lingerie and more specifically - corsets.  I don't even care if I'm alone, trying a set on that fits can give me all the confidence in the world.  Regardless nothing is more romantic than a night alone with your significant other when you feel that confidence of a sexy outfit.

         During this time of year it can be difficult as well to feel sexy.  Halloween seems to have become the night all the girls in the world can dress like skanks and get away with it, right?  Well not once you become a mama...you have someone else to worry about embarrassing.  But that doesn't mean you don't still want to look hot and not frumpy either!

         Last year I discovered CorsetChick.com and was immediately impressed with the selection they had available.  There were tons of styles of corsets, corset dresses, bras, panties and other lingerie. I cannot believe I hadn't thought of them sooner as a go to place for a Halloween costume.  So I emailed my contact over there a a few weeks ago and asked if we could worked together again.  Not only did they say yes they made sure my costume was shipped right away so I would have it for our big Halloween bash on the 20th.

         I have always had such a difficult time finding lingerie appropriate to my size.  Since I'm so busty on top, things always fit everywhere else so awkward or I end up with extreme cleavage (which believe me isn't in a good way).  One of the best things is CorsetChick gives you a heads up about how the sizes run since you are ordering online.  They run small, trust me I thought I was going larger on the last one and had one hella time trying to get into it!  So this time I went one more size up and it was a much more appropriate fit, especially for a costume that others would be seeing me in.

         I was actually hoping this would be different than any other costume because of the corset. I was thinking it would hold all my 'extras' in and emphasize my 'other' assets all while not looking like a street hooker.  The Costume fit true to its size description and wasn't cheaply made like a lot of costumes are.   The ribbon was also made strong enough to pull tight without concern it would break or rip the actual corset.  This a beautiful set that looks smokin on me!  I felt so much better about myself this year for our shindig!

Recommendation:  Honestly go check this site out.  With their selection you are sure to find something and this kind of pricing is rare.  I will be buying a lot more in the coming weeks for myself AND for the several friends I have getting married soon.
