Decaleco Removable Wall Decals Review and MOON_Blogs #Giveaway

        Ok so I love artwork around the home as well as those quotes people have on their walls and would love to fill my house with them.  I am always jealous when I visit someones home and it looks like something out of a magazine.  Luckily I recently stumbled across Decaleco while searching for something creative to update my living room.

        Decaleco is a company that makes removable wall stickers with cute pictures or sayings on them that fit into most budgets and definitely my style.  I have been huge on inspirational quotes lately and I have been wanting to print them off the computer and frame them around the house to remind me that happy times are on the horizon.  Getting the opportunity to try out one of these decals helped to get me jump started to redecorating my house and my new life.

 

I picked a Dr. Seuss quote, "Be Who you are and Say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind."  This quote rings true for me and most of my friends, we march to a different drum than the norm and love each other for doing so.  Starting my adult life over as a single mother is scary and I need to remember that it doesn't matter what I do, as long as I am happy and my girls are safe and happy too.

 

This decal was a little difficult to peel off the backing paper, having to make sure each letter didn't tear.  But once placed on the wall with the sticky paper, I was able to carefully move it in order to make it straight.  Then I used the edge of my level to smooth out the bubbles in the sticker and to make sure the pattern would stick to the wall instead of the sticky paper.  Now that this decal is on my wall, I have gotten so many compliments on it and so many people love the saying.

Recommendation: I think this company is very reasonable for the product that you get.  I have tried several of the character wall decals in my daughter's room from other brands since it is a cheap way to change her room around when she likes something new.  The quality isn't anywhere as nice as the decal I was sent from Decaleco.  I really like how simple it was to put up on my own, how quickly it was shipped and in a cardboard tube to protect it while shipping.
