Del Monte Fruit Burst Squeezers Review and #Giveaway

        Most kids love to eat sweets more specifically, things like chocolate, candy etc.  This is a not good for their teeth or growing bodies nor does the sugar help with the jumping beans they become after having these sugary snacks.  Luckily my little ones rarely go for the sweets as they would rather eat fruits or veggies so score one for me!  Discovering Del Monte® and their new Fruit Burst™ Squeezers was a blessing in this house and frankly that all houses who have kids need.


        Del Monte is most known for their canned fruits and veggies and now we are able to get these products for our children in an easy to store, pack for lunches, and easy open pouches for on the go fun.  They have similar products in the baby food aisle but these fruit burst squeezers are packed full of nutrition and all the freshness and quality that we have grown to love about Del Monte.

        Working in the schools for many years I have seen many kids spilling their fruits all over the floor trying to open up the cups or the tins they used to be in (risking being cut), but with these fruit squeezers this solves all those problems.  Not only are they convenient to throw in a diaper bag or lunch box; they are also a very healthy snack that is going to give your child the energy they need to stay healthy and gain energy to continue the learning process while at play or school with out all the added sugar.

        Hannah has always been a big fan of this type of snack/food so when these first arrived, she was of course anxious to try them.  We were sent over the Blueberry flavor and the Apple Cinnamon flavor.  To my surprise Hannah grabbed the Blueberry first and sucked it right down.  I knew it wouldn't be much to see her eat up the Apple one!

        Del Monte is launching the “First Day of School Photo Contest” through Facebook! All you have to do is upload an original photo of your child on their first day of school or yourself on your own first day of school. The top 20 Finalist photos will be posted to the Del Monte Fruit Squeezers website, and fans will have the chance to vote for their favorite photo. The winning entry will receive a $10,000 donation to a school of their choice!

Recommendation: These are a wonderful healthy treat that both my girls loved to eat.  My youngest loves to squeeze the pouches and enjoyed the flavors.  My oldest was not a fan of the blueberry but she can be finicky at times.
