Now coming from a large Italian family I am very close with my cousins and growing up I was the youngest and only girl of cousins with about 10 years difference in ages. That being said I grew up on Star Wars and fell in love with the story. I am also so happy that both my daughters have been exposed to the Star Wars Saga while young and actually enjoy the originals.
When I first heard that Hasbro had teamed up with Star Wars and were releasing Angry Birds Star Wars version for live action play I was all about it. Now, Hasbro has once again teamed up with these two wonderful collaborations and have come up with a pretty cool way to integrate both physical gaming and electronic gaming with the Star Wars Telepods.

The Telepods game works along with Angry Birds Star Wars II using your tablet or iPad. You take the bird or pig (when playing in pig mode) and place it on the telepod. When in the game mode you press the telepod button and place the telepod with the character you want to use over the camera of your tablet of choice. The character then telepods into the screen and you then shoot that particular pig and have its special powers. (I know that may have sounded confusing but its easier to understand when doing it yourself.)
This can be very useful on difficult levels when one character can zap 3-4 out of the way to help you clear the level. My daughter has really gotten into playing this as well and its become one of her favorite games to play. I am so proud that R2-D2 is also here favorite character as its mine as well!
The only difficulty I had playing this game was when it was night and the lighting in the room wasn't the brightest, the camera couldn't read the code on the bottom of the character until the lights were turned way up.
Cost: $19.99Recommendation: We all liked this version much better than the last since it was more digital! Hasbro did a much better job integrating tangable objects with the technology world. I do think the cost might be seen as a little high however the kids love the figurines and I plan on getting more for them for Christmas.
