        Thomas & Friends®: Santa’s Little Engine became available from Lionsgate Home Entertainment on DVD, Digital Download and On Demand on October 8th, 2013.  This set includes 4 episodes as well as a two bonus feature games.


        The synopsis says "Ho Ho Ho! Thomas is full steam ahead as a Really Useful Reindeer, saving the day by guiding Santa’s sleigh straight to the Sodor Christmas celebration! When snowfall transforms the island of Sodor into a winter wonderland, Thomas discovers that being safe is the best route to holiday fun.         Although Dane is slowly trying to watch more of a variety of shows, he still constantly comes back to Thomas.  It is always one that gives him some great play motivation and I of course love that it keeps him moving around while watching the programs!  Just in time for Christmas, this DVD shares the spirit of the holiday with children around the globe!

Recommendation:  I have to be honest as I am getting bored with Thomas the older my children get.  Although I have noticed as Dane falls out of interest in the show, Declan seems to pick it up!  This one was a cute holiday version worth buying as a great stocking stuffer!
