Lissys Lit Wicks Soy Candles Review and #Giveaway

        Before having children, there was always one thing you could count on seeing if you came to my house (or even further back my apartment), which was candles burning.  When I say candles I also mean LOTS of candles every where you look throughout my home.  I love the smells and how the light can set a tone.  Both the smell and light relax me!

        Now that I have children, candles are a rarity and only up high.  I am frequently searching out more natural candles as well since we know that those "strong fragrances"  are usually chemicals that mask the smells around a home instead of getting rid of them.

        After looking at her options I have to tell you I couldn't avoid going with her candle scent, Monkey Farts.  I mean really how could resist seeing what that might just really smell like.  What I really want to know is if Lissy tested this theory before making the actual candles (haha)!  I also went with a personal favorite scent, Fresh Coffee.

        Both smelled amazing as soon as I opened the jars as well as the smell lasted for hours after burning and quite strong.  I would have to say that if monkey farts really smell like this I may have to find myself a pet monkey, but my guess is they are NOT this pleasant.  I also just noticed she has added Reindeer Poop which is now on my must have list!

Recommendation:  Depending on your need for air freshening, I would recommend giving these a try.  As far as pricing goes these are a great price for the strong smells and how long they last!
