THE HUNGER GAMES: CATCHING FIRE will be in theaters in less than two weeks!  

SYNOPSIS:
THE HUNGER GAMES: CATCHING FIRE begins as Katniss Everdeen has returned home safe after winning the 74th Annual Hunger Games along with fellow tribute Peeta Mellark.  Winning means that they must turn around and leave their family and close friends, embarking on a "Victor's Tour" of the districts.  Along the way Katniss senses that a rebellion is simmering, but the Capitol is still very much in control as President Snow prepares the 75th Annual Hunger Games (The Quarter Quell) - a competition that could change Panem forever.


THE HUNGER GAMES: CATCHING FIRE will be directed by Francis Lawrence, and produced by Nina Jacobson’s Color Force in tandem with producer Jon Kilik. The novel on which the film is based is the second in a trilogy that has over 50 million copies in print in the U.S. alone.

Katniss and Primrose have the ultimate sisterly bond: "I need only to think of Prim and all my resolve disintegrates. It's my job to protect her." Their bond is so strong that it is an integral part of THE HUNGER GAMES and CATCHING FIRE. Their sisterly love drives Katniss forward in the games and compels her to want to win and return home. Its funny because it is exactly that way in my family.  I am the oldest of three girls and growing up we stuck together!  No matter how much we fought, if someone messed with one of us they got all three!  Its the same way now that we are adults as if you know us you know we are Scrappers (or so my mom calls us)!    My children are starting to share the same bond and I am hoping the boys will too as they get older since they are close in age.

Lionsgate will release THE HUNGER GAMES: CATCHING FIRE on November 22, 2013.  In celebration of this awesome release, they will be giving one of A Lucky Ladybug readers the following:
