My Little Pony: A Dash of Awesome DVD Review and #Giveaway


        I think I've already told you all about a dozen times by now how much we love My Little Pony so it really was not a question when I was asked to review the most recent one My Little Pony: A Dash of Awesome.  On March 25th, Shout Factory Kids, in collaboration with Hasbro Studios, will release My Little Pony: A Dash of Awesome on DVD! This collection will include 5 episodes featuring Rainbow Dash as well as a bonus Sing-Along.


        The synopsis says "Join Rainbow Dash for five thrilling adventures alongside her very best friends in all of Equestria: the studious Twilight Sparkle, quiet animal lover Fluttershy, the party enthusiast Pinkie Pie, the always loyal apple farmer Applejack and Ponyville’s very own fashionista Rarity! That’s right! Five episodes dedicated to every pony’s favorite high-flying Pegasus, Rainbow Dash!"

        As expected both boys loved watching this one as well as myself. Dane was especially thrilled to watch this one as I knew he would be since Rainbow Dash is his personal favorite!  This has truly become a family favorite. Both myself and Alana thoroughly enjoy watching this with the boys too! I just love each one of the characters and the things they stand for.

Recommendation:  Both boys enjoyed watching this, in fact I can recite the entire DVD by heart as of now!  I definitely think at $15 its worth it to purchase whether you have boys or girls and even more in our household.  The kids thought it was great and I honestly thought it was pretty sweet myself!

    I know way more about My Little Pony now than I ever wanted to thanks to my 4-year-old niece. I'm not sure which one is her favorite but she's always talking about Princess Twilight Sparkle and Pinkie Pie. This DVD will be for her if I win.
