I like to make chili. I grow all my own produce, so I get to chop up my onions, peppers, tomatoes and such. It makes me happy to use my own veggies in meals.
ReplyDeleteI have been on a fancy macaroni and cheese kick lately. I just made one that was a cheddar mac and cheese, topped with poutine (french fries and sausage gravy). It was so bad for me, but it tasted good.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite meal is chicken. It's priced right and there's so many things you can do with it. I could eat chicken most every night!
ReplyDeleteI make a prosciutto and rosemary stuffed chicken that I really love - it takes more work than I'd like, but it's fun to whip it out once or twice a year.
ReplyDeleteI dice up potatoes and round staek, brown the steak then add the poatatoes with enough water to cover. next i add 3 cans diced green chilies and about 1/4 cup onion, 2 garlic cloves and s&p. Cook until potatoes are soft but not mushy. Seve with flour tortillas. Very simple, but my favorite.
ReplyDeleteI love to make Lasagna! I like to add different vegetables and cheeses! Thanks!
ReplyDeleteI love to make Lasagna and try different ingredients in it! Thanks
ReplyDeleteI love to make a whole chicken or a beef roast in the crockpot. I serve it with wonderful mashed potatoes, gravy, sweet buttered steamed carrots, fresh corn, and hot rolls. Ok, so not extremely healthy, but it's a very nice every once in a while kind of meal!
ReplyDeleteI like to make fish stews and grill steaks and baked breads.
ReplyDeleteI like to make cakes and cookies. But if I HAVE to make dinner (LOL), then I like making pasta sauces from scratch.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite meal is pizza. I love making a rosemary potato and corn one
ReplyDeleteI don't just have one favorite meal but my family seems to have a favorite rotation they request. Tuna Casserole, Spaghetti, Italian Chicken, and Beef Stroganoff. I recently figured out the secret to making Chuck Mock Steak and they want me to make it again soon.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite meal to make is baked boneless skinless chicken breast marinated in Italian dressing with Parmesan cheese on top and rice pilaf and carrots for the sides.
ReplyDeleteI like to bake and my husband does more of the cooking. I just made an enchilada lasagna that was great!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite recipe is old school spaghetti and meatballs :)
ReplyDeletemy favorite meal is chicken biscuits and white gravy to make
