On top of my skin being crazy and breaking out constantly, I also have to deal with stretch marks from my pregnancies covering my lower back. It drives me nuts having these in this area especially with all the weight I've lost recently. The Stretch Mark Daily Treatment is supposed to be used to help the skin stretch and have more elasticity but also will help fade old stretch marks. I didn't use any creams or body butter when I was pregnant and now I am trying to back pedal and use things to make them fade..
The Stretch Mark Daily Treatment cream is thick and keeps my skin hydrated quite well. With the rough winter we have had this year here in Michigan my skin could really use the extra moisture more than it normally would. Using the Somatique Stretch Mark Daily Treatment I haven't noticed that they have faded any but I'm not willing to give up trying.
Now this cream and face wash has been safe enough for me to use on my crazy super sensitive skin with no reaction, so I will say that anyone can use this and not have any issues. What I love most about these products is that they are both for all skin types, use certified organic ingredients, they are safe for pregnant and nursing mothers and they are allergy tested. All these things are big wins in my book especially the organic ingredients, I am working really hard to use less chemicals in all aspects of my life and especially on my body is a great place to stop using chemicals.
Available to Purchase/Cost: $34.00 Somatique Stretch Mark Treatment
$24.00 Somatique Face Cleaner
Recommendation: I highly recommend the face cleansers it works and smells wonderful. I love the way my skin feels after using this product. I am on the fence for using the stretch mark treatment to fade marks that are already made but I would suggest this to women who are pregnant or nursing to help minimize stretch marks that will appear.
