Lalaloopsy Ponies: The Big Show DVD Review and #Giveaway

        Lionsgate Entertainment just released Lalaloopsy Ponies: The Big Show on DVD, Digital Download and Video On Demand on April 8th, 2014.  This movie features a bonus Lalaloopsy mini adventure, a "Meet the Ponies" short, and a sing a long.  Once I told the boys this was heading our way they couldn't wait for it to arrive.


        The Synopsis says "Meet a whole new group of friends as the Lalaloopsy girls discover their new pen pals are talking ponies! Checkers, Peanut’s pen-pal brings her friends Snap Pea, Tangerine, Jamberry and baby ponies Flutterwings and Honeycomb to visit Lalaloopsy Land for a special party.  Hold your horses, the Lalaloopsy girls are welcoming some new friends to Lalaloopsy Land: a group of talking ponies! The ponies are eager to put on a show, but there’s a hitch - their caravan and carousel need rebuilding. With teamwork, know-how and lots of laughter and fun, the Lalaloopsy friends get the ponies up and running again!"

        Ever since Dane started preschool last year, he has seemed to find himself several best girl friends.  On one of his play dates at a good friends house he discovered Lalaloopsy dolls and truly feel in love.  Of course because his big brother enjoyed these dolls, Declan also quickly became fond of them as well!  When the movie arrived both boys enjoyed watching very quietly and that's quite the rarity in our house!  The boys think these dolls are adorable and they enjoy playing with them with their girlfriends.

Cost:  $14.98 DVD
Recommendation:  Although this is geared more toward girls, I like that the graphics are bright and exciting as well as the boys seem to enjoy watching it with their girlfriends when they are over!

    This would be for my youngest daughter. She is obsessed with Lalaloopsy and colors in her Lalaloopsy coloring book while she watches the only Lalaloopsy movie available on Amazon Prime.

    I would offer this to my daughter first. She might decline- she's 14 and might decide she's too old for this (although she loves My Little Pony and Monster High). If she doesn't want it, I would give this to my 4 year old neice.
