Life and Food Yacon Syrup Review

        How many dieting products and programs are out there that promise you the world?  Tons of them even promise results without change or work.  Lets be honest, who doesn't want to lose weight or get more tone without the effort?! I do I do!  Exercise can sometimes just be hard to fit into some of our daily schedules especially bloggers.  The worst part is that even if you are active, burning fat can seem almost impossible.

        When Life Food asked me to review their Yacon Syrup, I was excited to give yet another product a try to see if it could possibly help me although still quite hesitant.  Yacon Syrup is one of those products which claims to change weight and measurements without changing a thing.  I've tried a few other "belly fat diets" using liquids and honestly all they've done is made me sick (in more ways that one too).

        What the hell is Yacon Syrup was my first question?!  "Yacón is a perennial plant grown in the Andes region of Columbia and Argentina....comes with some impressive taste and health benefits.  The edible tubers of yacón contain fructooligosaccharides....Fructooligosaccharides are an indigestible polysaccharide that consists of fructose.  This means that the fructooligosaccharides found in yacón are very sweet, but are also very low in calories."

        What the heck does all that mean?  I gathered a few things - tastes good and sweet and has little calories.  Ok, so I knew even before trying this one I had to do some addition research.  I found that Dr. Oz did his own studied which showed the product worked on over 75% of the women who tried it.  The more and more research I did on the syrup, the more I realized this was something that could really work for me and that I had to try!

        First off, I want to start by saying most every diet pill, powder, juice, drink, etc. has had an off taste to me.  Whether it be a bad or fake flavor or just not like a normal food.  I think there has only been one maybe too which I preferred to eat or drink above any normal consumables.  You can now add Yacon Syrup to that list.

        WOW, just WOW, does this stuff taste awesome!  Directions tell you to take 1 teaspoon 3x daily before or with meals.  I have a hard time not drinking the entire bottle!  The only thing that prevents me from doing so is the fact that this stuff works as a probiotic as well.  This is what also makes it a great tool for both dieting and overall health.  However, I don't want to find myself stuck in the bathroom for days after enjoying a moments worth of the entire bottle, lol!

        Did, they work though?  Because I was sick when this first arrived and still technically am, I was limited on when I felt comfortable starting something new.  I have been using this for around a week.  Although I haven't noticed a thinner physique or any major weight loss just yet, I do feel as if this has been easier to take and at my own pace for any type of dieting program.  I do feel as though my health has been improving over the last week as well.  I definitely enjoy it much more than any other similar product I have tried in the past.

Recommendation:  Definitely a recommended product!  I know it is likely to work even though I haven't been using for long enough to tell and if it doesn't, I know I haven't suffered through something terrible.  Prices are a average if not cheap for any dieting product although I think ALL companies are crazy charging this much.  I can honestly say if it wasn't this expensive, you'd be seeing bulk orders from me constantly!
