On June 3rd, 2014, Shout Factory Kids, in collaboration with Hasbro, will release The Adventures of Chuck and Friends: Top Gear Trucks on DVD! Super excited for this one's arrival, my boys could barely wait for it to show up in the mail! They were thrilled to have the chance to play along with their actual Chuck and friends trucks! This one actually features 10 episodes plus a bonus sing-along!
The synopsis says "That adventurous and fun-loving Chuck and his best friends — Digger, Handy, Rowdy, Biggs, Boomer and Flip — are at it again with more exciting free-wheelin’ escapades! Watch as Chuck and the gang discover adventures trying to uncover the identity of a mysterious “ghost,” getting as muddy and messy as they can, re-creating the night Chuck’s parents first met and more in these ten awesome cartoons guaranteed to put fun into high gear!"
Chuck and friends has always been a favorite in our house. Declan seems to love it the most since he is my little trouble maker always getting messy and dirty around the house and especially outside. He loves watch the stories and how the friends always pull together to get out of a problem together.
Both boys watched this one ever so calmly with each of their trucks, waiting to see which of the characters they might have from the show!

Recommendation: Both boys enjoyed watching this and I actually thought it was pretty cute too! I loved the lessons that Chuck and his friends learned! I definitely think at $13 its worth it to purchase.

ReplyDeleteMy son has a few favorite toys. These consist of Chuck and Thomas primarily, but one of his others is Mike the Knight. He has a few of each of these and plays with them more than any of his other toys.
