Slugterra: Ghoul from Beyond DVD Review and #Giveaway

        On June 10th, 2013, Shout Factory Kids, in collaboration with Nerd Corps Entertainment, released Slugterra: Ghoul from Beyond on DVD! Also available at Walmart, I knew we had to have this one!!  Since we were first asked to review the show last year, we have quickly become a family filled with Slugerra fans.



        This one is the first feature-length Slugterra adventure available on DVD!  This DVD also includes a bonus ‘slugisode’ for that little extra!  I can almost guarantee that if I leave the boys home with Dad for a night, that I will return home to them watching one of the DVD's we now own.

        The synopsis says "Just when the evil Dr. Blakk has been defeated and it seems like Eli Shane’s duties as protector of Slugterra are getting easier, a new danger emerges from beyond the 99 caverns. Eli and the Shane Gang rush to the rescue, but nothing can prepare them for what they encounter: a slug that can do something no one in Slugterra has ever seen — or heard — a slug do before! Traditional slugslinging no longer applies. Eli will have to engage in a very different kind of duel to save Slugterra…and himself!"

        I adore this DVD and the series as a whole!  I know that both the boys can actually sit contently together for hours if need be while watching this one!  I can also tell you the boys know mostof the movie by heart as well and love to sit and recite it back and forth between each other when it isn't even playing!

Suggested Retail Pricing: $14.97
Recommendation:  I actually don't understand why this is priced so cheaply as the both boys enjoy watching this so frequently I'd be willing to pay a bit more even!
