Care Bears Belly Badge Rock DVD Review and #Giveaway #HGG

        So growing up The Care Bears were one of my favorite cartoons.  I had every stuffed animal that they made and the smaller hard plastic bears (action figures), which my parents have saved and my kids now play with them at their house.  I was extremely excited to have the opportunity to recently review an all-new CGI animated series released.

        Care Bears: Belly Badge Rock will be available on October 28th, 2014 from Lionsgate Home Entertainment on DVD (plus Digital), Digital HD and Video on Demand.  This includes four episodes including my favorite Bully Exposed!  The boys were definitely into rocking it out with this new new DVD!

        The synopsis says "It’s all music and cheer until Harmony Bear™ loses her voice before the big show, and Kaylee, a Care-a-Lot visitor, stops playing her instrument because of a bully. Perhaps a bit of Care Bears courage will save the day? Then, when Funshine Bear™ and Grumpy Bear™ realize they have a wild child on the loose, and Wonderheart Bear™ tells a few little lies, the bears discover how important it is to have good manners and always tell the truth!"

        The boys were a fan of the last Care Bear Movie I was given for review so when we were given the opportunity to review this one I knew right away they'd be fans of it.  Because this was released "in conjunction with the re-launch of the Care Bears plush toys", I would have loved if the DVD had come with a plush to make this a great gift during this holiday season. Although its not their first choice during the day, the boys truly enjoy watching this one at night before bed.

Price: Combo $14.98
Recommendation:  Both boys really liked this and it was something I could enjoy with them unlike all the other crappy cartoons they tend to watch.  I think the colors and music are great for most any age and the price is pretty reasonable for this type of quality show.
