#HoneyBakedHoliday REAL Family Traditions #Ad

        I love the holidays!  Not only because I love the spirit and traditions but because I love getting together with family.  I absolutely love entertaining but throughout the year my parties are more-so for close friends.  During the Christmas season, we are able to see family whom we might not all year long.  I truly look forward to sitting down to dinner with my family as well as my in-laws to enjoy the delicious selection Honey Baked Ham has to provide.  Honey Baked Ham has become more than a tradition in just our home but in homes across the country.

 

        I was more than excited to head to my nearest store location,the Sterling Heights, MI store, when Honey Baked Ham asked us to give them another review for the Christmas holiday season.  For my holiday meals this month, I purchased a half spiral boneless ham, a sliced smoked turkey breast, and two 1 lb. packs of stacked/sliced bacon, and two sides of coleslaw for a total of $95.  I love that I don't have to spend hours preparing the multiple Christmas Dinners I usually have to each year.

        There is an extensive menu to choose from.which included a variety of poultry, pork, seafood, and beef as well as sides, appetizers, desserts, and condiments.  They are a perfect place for large scale entertaining or daily family meals.  With the Heat and Share Sides, it is even easier for me to prepare something without warning when those unexpected visitors show up.  This past week we had a couple which was in town visiting family and I was able to prepare a gourmet meal without the blink of an eye!

        While we claim to have these traditional get together's, they are anything but!  We spend this time gathering around the table catching up, playing games (yes while eating), drinking some adult beverages, and most importantly being goofballs (as you can see in my last picture).  Not only are we in love with the sense enhancing effects of the Honey Baked Ham products but mouth watering tastes are unlike any others you will find available!

 

        I still love including the tidbit that "over 40 years ago, Harry J. Hoenselaar began a special tradition when he opened his first The Honey Baked Ham Company store in Michigan. He'd select the finest quality bone-in ham. Cure it in his secret marinade, and then for tenderness, he'd smoke the ham for hours over a unique blend of hardwood chips.  He even found a way to slice the ham into perfectly even slices. He invented and patented a unique machine that slices a ham in a single, continuous spiral. The rest is history."  Yeah for Michigan local brands!!

Recommendation: Although these may seem on the pricier side of products of this nature, I realize now that you are getting more than your money's worth in any purchase you make from Honey Baked Ham.  These meats, meals, sides, desserts, etc. are expertly flavored and absolutely will not disappoint.  There are a bunch more products you better believe I will be buying over the next few months to try out!!!
