I want to start the new year successful in all areas of my life and especially for my children. Of course one of my goals is to lose weight and cut all the unhealthy foods out of my daily intake. But most importantly I want to cut all the negative out. I will be taking a different route to dieting and getting healthier. I am looking live healthy inside and out!
It can't just be all about one thing like loading up on dieting pills, counting calories, and working out. I want my system to be all around reset. I want to start taking healthier supplements and probiotics. That way, the food I consume is being properly utilized throughout my body. So when IShopNutrition asked me to review their Microbiome Plus+ GI Probiotics, I figured it would be a good place to start.
Microbiome Plus+ Gastrointestinal probiotic is a "complete gastrointestinal health dietary supplement". It helps maintain "healthy bacteria in your gut and support normal digestive function". By helping regulate your digestive system, you can improve your overall immune health. I definitely need help in this area since I am always sick!
I have to say this wasn't like what I had expected from a probiotic as I had assumed you would be stuck in the bathroom for hours and days. I actually enjoyed taking this and definitely noticed a difference in my bowel movements and digestive health. I also noticed I felt less bloated and as if I lost a little water weight. It felt great to be in the bathroom regularly without any "common" issues that tend to come from dieting.
Available to purchase/Cost: $29.99 Microbiome Plus+ GI - Ultimate Probiotic and Prebiotic Supplement
Recommendation: I definitely recommend trying this as I felt a ton better after using this even for only a week! Most dieting programs and cleanses cost more so this is even a great price to help get yourself in better shape from the inside. I see myself buying more of this in the future!
Giveaway: iShopNutrition is going to give one of A Lucky Ladybug's lucky readers a supply of Microbiome Plus+ Gastrointestinal probiotic to try of their own!
