    I always read my grandson's books with him when I go and visit him. He has a huge selection of books that he likes to look at and for people to read to him.

    My favorite learning activity with children is reading books with them. It helps with language development and fosters a love of reading.

    I think learning by doing is the best way. Such as going for a hike and showing the different plants, about leaving no trace, etc.

    We play educational games on abcmouse, it keeps her learning what she needs to and remembering what she'll need to enter school this year.
