Adovia Dead Sea Mud Beauty Treatment Review

        I am generally a low maintenance when it comes to makeup, however because I went to beauty school I have become quite picky about my skin regimene.  I will try a variety of products but only few last longer than the trial period.  So when Adovia Mineral Skin Care asked me to review the 11 lbs. tub of Adovia Dead Sea Mud Beauty Treatment, I figured it was worth it.

      I have to start the review by sharing a quick note with everyone.  Upon opening this package I was quite surprised at the fact that there was so much packaging protecting the bucket.  It seriously took me a good 15-20 minutes to open this without cutting into the actual bucket itself.  I know that there is probably good reason behind it, maybe something happened in the past, I just find it a little excessive. Don’t get me wrong, I do appreciate that it was package securely so I didn’t end up with a damage product. I just thought that it was odd to have that much packaging for a bucket of mud.

        The Adovia Mud Mask is made of the highest concentration of mud from the Dead Sea along with Dead Sea Salt.  100% cruelty free, there are other essentials like Vitamin C, Aloe Vera Gel, Jojoba Oil and Ginseng to help your skin look and feel it's best.  This beauty mud can be used as a body mud wrap detox, slimming and skin care treatments.  I absolutely loved how this mask makes my skin feel afterward.

        Leaving you with a healthy glow, the Dead Sea mud fills your skin with minerals while it helps firm and aid in the elasticity of the skin.  I personally recommend using this product during a nice hot steamy shower as the steam also helps in the effectiveness of the mask.  Another quick tip is to apply a thin layer of moisturizer after using these products as they can dry out your skin causing you to end up with red areas and flaky skin!

        The bucket is huge, I will have enough mud for mud masks for a lifetime.  I've actually planned several girls nights with the besties to have our own home spa treatments.  I completely love using the Adovia Dead Sea Mud Mask. After putting on the mask, I could immediately feel the tingly sensation of it cleaning out my pores.  The mask was also fairly easy to wash off.  I felt like I was at the spa but within the comfort of my own home.

Recommendation:  I loved this mask and would recommend it to any woman looking to improve her skin's health!  My face felt so soft and smooth afterwards.  I think the price is very reasonable for this quality and healthy product for your skin.  I can't wait to use it as a detox wrap.  While it could seem expensive you have to remember you are getting a whopping 11 pounds which is going to last you a lifetime.
