Microbiome Plus+ Heart Review

        With my parents getting older and all the bad things that have happened over the past few years, I decided this next review product would be perfect for my father to try.  He has been trying very hard to keep his health in optimal shape and visiting the doctor quite frequently.  He has been trying to cut all the negative out looking live healthy inside and out!  I am actually quite proud of him and the changes he's made.


        It can't just be all about one thing like loading up on dieting supplements or working out and especially not at his age.  Since I had recently started working with IShopNutrition, taking healthier supplements and probiotics, I feel the food I consume is being properly utilized throughout my body.  So when IShopNutrition asked me to review another one of their products - Microbiome Plus+ Heart Probiotic, I figured it would be a good place to start for him.

        "Microbiome Plus+ Heart Probiotic is a more complete heart health dietary supplement that provides the full American Heart Association daily dietary recommendation of omega-3".  It helps maintain healthy bacteria in your gut and support normal digestive function.  By helping regulate your digestive system, you can improve your overall immune health.

        In addition, Omega-3 fatty acids can help moderate blood pressure and cholesterol levels while reducing the risk of heart disease, heart attack, and stroke.  So far my Father says he is enjoying taking this and while he hasn't noticed a major difference, he feels all around good about his health.

Recommendation:  I definitely recommend trying this especially if high blood pressure runs in the family or you have a high risk of heart attacks!  Most supplemental programs and cleanses cost more so this is even a great price to help get yourself in better shape from the inside.
