Littlest Pet Shop: Pet Shop Pals DVD Review and #Giveaway
When Alana first came into my life she was around the age of 6. That is right around the time that these new little pet toys came out that soon became a huge hit with all the kiddos - Littlest Pet Shop! These little toys remind me of my generations, polly pockets. Littlest Pet shop seems to be one of the longer enjoyed toys of kiddos as Alana is now 17 and these are still going strong with children today.
On March 17th, 2015, Shout Factory Kids, in collaboration with Hasbro Studios, released Littlest Pet Shop: Pet Shop Pals on DVD! This collection will include 5 episodes featuring Blythe Baxter (Ashleigh Ball). Also included is a bonus sing-along. Since we first watched the cartoon years ago, both boys have since become huge fans of the show! They both seem very content watching this one. It is so wonderful to be able to pop a DVD in and not have any of them fighting over who gets to pick the show or movie.
The synopsis says "Blythe and her very best friends – Zoe the spaniel, Pepper the skunk, Sunil the mongoose, Russell the hedgehog, Penny the panda, Minka the monkey and Buttercream the bunny – are back for five more exciting, not to mention hilarious, adventures! Plus, you’ll get a chance to meet some new friends, like a shy tortoise, a spying cat, a famous comedian orangutan, and Pepper’s new crush! Who could it be? Find out with Blythe and the gang in The Littlest Pet Shop – Pet Shop Pals!"
Recommendation: Both boys enjoyed watching this and I thought the lessons especially about bullying were fantastic! I definitely think at $15 its worth it to purchase. There were tons of colors and good lessons all which kept Dane's interest viewing it more than once.
Giveaway: Shout Factory is going to give one of A Lucky Ladybug's lucky readers a copy of Littlest Pet Shop Pet Shop Pals DVD of their own!
