LEGO DC Super Heroes: Justice League: Attack of the Legion of Doom DVD Review
Being that the boys are big on super heroes and anything involving LEGO's, I knew the boys (and likely Kevin) would enjoy LEGO DC Super Heroes: Justice League: Attack of the Legion of Doom! Even when I asked Dane if he'd like to review it (as if I didn't already know), he quickly said yes and was all about it. Unfortunately our review copy didn't arrive until after release date, but because of this, the boys anticipation was at an all time high!
They were pumped to see it come in the mail and ready to watch with Daddy that exact moment. LEGO DC Super Heroes: Justice League: Attack of the Legion of Doom was released on Blu-rayTM Combo Pack, DVD and Digital HD on August 25th, 2015 from Warner Bros. Home Entertainment.
The synopsis says "Crime is on the run as the newly formed Justice League keeps Metropolis safe and this makes evil genius Lex Luthor very unhappy. Together with Black Manta, Sinestro and a gang of ruthless recruits, Lex builds his own league and declares them the Legion of Doom. With this super powered team of terror and a plan to attack the top-secret government site, Area 52, can Lex finally be on the verge of victory? Sound the “Trouble Alert” and get ready for the bricks to fly when Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman and the rest of the Justice League face off against the world’s greatest Super-Villains! It’s the next all-new original movie from LEGO® and DC Comics."
Not only were the boys in love, but Kevin thought this was a great DVD. The three of them were quickly obsessed with the movie and all the exciting action throughout. It inspired them to break out some of their lego sets and little guys to play along with the movie. We have been frequently discussing things like what it would be like to have super powers or saving the world.
Recommendation: I thought the story was pretty awesome and very action packed! All three of the boys/husband were very happy once they were able to watch it. Including most of the super villians, the boys said they would highly recommend this to any super hero lover!
