I feel like yet another Summer (and almost another year) has come and gone, with more goals I've unfortunately not reached especially when it comes to weight loss. Although it sounds as if I am being negative, I'm actually more on the hopeful side as I've been insanely busy and unfortunately too busy to take care of myself properly. I know I'm not alone in the world of parents and homeowners in saying finding time to truly take care of myself in quite hard to do. Frankly, it's the easiest thing to put off when you have all sorts of other responsibilities.
The problem with this thought is that it doesn't have to be hard to take care of myself and it needs to be a priority. My health started declining this past Summer as I dealt with more stress, adding weight, and overall lack of respect for myself. My kids need me and in order to be there for them in general and as a role model, I need to be healthy just the same. Now that school is back in session and my youngest is finally in school, I feel like I can focus on myself the way I should.
With that being said, timing couldn't have better than having Lovebug Probiotics contact me a few weeks ago in hopes I would complete a review of their new products! Currently, Lovebug has three products to choose from: Colds Suck, Here's the Skinny, and Yeast is a Beast. Right away they had me hooked by coming up with such creative names making it fun to better take care of yourself even as an adult.
Having a teenage daughter and as a woman myself, I know how important it is to maintain optimum health inside can affect things on the outside. Sometimes it's just inevitable, yeast infections and urinary tract infections are bound to happen at least once for us girls. If you're really unlucky, it happens a lot. Honestly I've dealt with both and more than once and I definitely don't want to see my daughter dealing with that.
Taking Yeast is a Beast can help with more than just yeast infections and urinary tract infections. It can help improve your weight, acne, and mood swings. Um hello, what more could a woman ask for in life other than completely getting rid of monthly cramps and aunt flow!?
With the immune system I've got or lack there of, I had to go with the Cold's Suck first and foremost. Did you know that "80% of your immune system is actually in your gut"? I sure didn't realize this. Between my on and off dieting, unpredictable eating habits, my other health issues, and wearing myself down with daily stress, I can only imagine what's going on inside there?!
Taking Colds Suck can help boost your immune system enough to fight off colds, regular upper respiratory infections, flu-like symptoms, allergies, and even helps with eczema. Because I am always sick and especially during the Fall season when the weather is changing and kids are back to school with their germy friends, I started taking this right away. I feel much more confident going into the season with my body prepped for success regardless of what feels like attacking my immune system!
Available to purchase/Cost: $29.95 Colds Suck, Yeast is a Beast, and Here's the Skinny
Recommendation: I definitely recommend trying any of the three of these as I felt a ton better after using both for only a week! This is a great price to help get yourself in better shape from the inside. I see myself buying more of each of these in the future and definitely giving Here's the Skinny a try! I also have to mention that I love the glass bottles these come in!

I would definitely like Yeast is a Beast. It sounds super for all women to take and any help with controlling weight or staying away from infections would be nice.
