Always a classic in most any home now a days, Warner Bros. released Sesame Street: Play All Day With Elmo on September 8th, 2015. Regardless of age, who doesn't love Elmo?! This one features counting all sorts of games can play at home or at school which I knew was perfect for Declan as he started school this week. He was extremely nervous and this DVD was one that helped him relax and look forward to all the fun he could have with his new friends!
The synopsis says "Spend the afternoon dancing, jumping, and clapping while playing all of Elmo’s favorite games. Preschoolers will join Elmo to play Freeze Dance, Red Light Green Light, Elmo Says, and more. Elmo helps make learning fun with his interactive approach to teaching children his favorite games. Sesame Street: Play All Day With Elmo will have your toddler bouncing up and down with excitement while practicing important executive function skills such as self-control, following directions and paying attention."
"Celebrating its impressive 45th anniversary this season, Sesame Street is the longest-running program in children’s television. The series has received more Emmy awards than any other show in television history, as well as a Lifetime Achievement Emmy Award."
DVD SRP: $14.98
Recommendation: I think that it is definitely worth the cost if you've watched this in the past and the quality is as good as ever! Kevin and I gave this a thumbs up all around since it helped calm some of Declan's fears about starting school for the first time.
Giveaway: Warner Bros. is going to give THREE of A Lucky Ladybug's lucky readers Sesame Street: Play All Day With Elmo on DVD of their own!
