The DANIEL TIGER’S NEIGHBORHOOD: SUPER DANIEL synopsis says, “ZOOM! Grab your cape and watch Daniel pretend to be Super Daniel! In the story “Super Daniel,” Dad Tiger forgets to take his lunch to work. Helping to save the day, Daniel, along with Grandpère, heads to the clock factory to ensure dad gets his lunch. Along the way, Daniel has several super adventures with his friends Prince Wednesday and Miss Elaina. Also included on this new DVD is the bonus story “Goodnight Daniel.” In this tale, Daniel is pretending to be Super Daniel when Dad Tiger lets him know he needs to get ready for bed. Young fans can follow along as Daniel takes a bath, puts on his pajamas, brushes his teeth, and gets into bed – just in time for Mom Tiger to read him a bedtime story, “Superheroes Go to Bed Too.”

ReplyDeleteMy favorite memory of my toddler daughter the Daniel the Tiger fan so far, though there are many great ones, is the day her younger sister was born. She was barely 17 months old herself, & she only kinda "got it" that I had a baby in my belly. When she came into the hospital room & saw her sister, she smiled softly & patted her. Whenever she would come into the room for the first few weeks, she would look immediately for her baby sister to make sure she was still there. Now the little sister is 5 months old & they are interacting which is amazing to watch. It makes my heart happy!
