Gear Up to Get Going #FitnFree16 - Part 2 What to Wear While Moving?

Recently, I decided to start a journey in changing my definition of healthy.  Healthiness and Happiness come in all shapes, sizes, colors.  I've decided while it is about setting better schedules and plans, it's also about living in the moment, not giving up on yourself, and determining what YOUR healthy is.

Anyone who might be interested in feeling better in all areas of their lives, getting all around healthy (YOUR healthy), and trying to live freely with less stress, I highly recommend gearing up with some of the brands listed below.

Starting at the Top 
Working out can be such a hassle and in more way than one.  But really all these hassles just become excuses not to get off your butt.  One of my excuses and believe me its a silly one - is my hair.  I usually have my hair cut somewhat short in almost a bob of sorts.  Even when I pull it into a pony tail or pig tails I have the shorter hair in the front that always falls in my face.  It then, of course gets all nasty full of sweat and I am really weird and particular about sweating.  Don't get me wrong I sweat just as much as the next person but I can't stand the dripping or slippery feel of it.

Bundle up Without Bulking up
Usually, I don't think much about trying to layer up during the spring and summer months here in Michigan.  but then again I live in Michigan where we can have a foot of snow one day and the next be in the 80's.  With our weather (and many other areas of the country) being so back and forth right now, you want to be sure to dress appropriately for the weather and to keep your health in tip top shape.

Listen to the Music
Don't forget to stop and smell the roses OR WAIT, don't stop!  Keep moving and listen to your music while you do!  I have always been a very musically motivated person throughout my life (although not talented like my husband is in any way).  When completing different tasks around the house like cleaning or even studying, I found myself much more motivated and focused when music was playing around me.  Music keeps me pushing harder during any type of work out and physical activity.
