A Summer Snowstorm is Brewing w/ Slice Coffee #Review

I'm going to dive right into this one just like I wish I could dive right into the water right now!  I'm a total Summer chick and right about now I am totally missing the warm weather.  But even though we have monthes until we say goodbye to the snow and bitter cold, I've still got the warmth of my coffee each day.  I recently discovered a new brand of coffee and I am totally obsessed.

Slice Pie Flavored Coffees are perfect for any time of year in my opinion.  Their "delicious pie inspired flavored coffees are perfectly roasted using high quality Arabica beans".  The holiday season is the perfect time to enjoy a slice of pie but why limit yourself?!  This brand inspired me to create a Summery coffee cocktail that I can enjoy while cuddled up under a blanket dreaming of sitting on the beach in the sun.

A Summer Snowstorm Coffee Cocktail

Ingredients
Slice Coconut Cream Pie K-cups
Coconut Rum (Malibu is my preferred brand)
Caramel Liqueur (Baileys is my preferred brand)
Creamer (Vanilla or Coconut recommended)

Optional
Whipped Cream
Caramel
Coconut Shavings

Directions
Brew (8 oz. setting) Slice Coconut Cream Pie K-cup.
Add 1 1/2 ounce Coconut Rum and 1/2 ounce Caramel Liqueur (or 2 ounces of Coconut Rum if you prefer to leave out the extra sweetness of the Caramel Liqueur).
Add Creamer.
Stir or whip using a frothing whip.
Optional - Top with Whipped Cream, Caramel, and Coconut shavings.

This tastes like a warm Summer day to me!  I am hooked when it comes to those extra chilly nights.  But even if it's warm outside, this is a flavor you can enjoy all year long.
